Joanna Caron-Delion - Creative Director of Media Production
Joanna is a Creative Director, Content Producer and Brand Storyteller with more than 20 years of experience shaping television, entertainment and branded content across European markets. Her career combines hands-on production expertise with creative leadership, giving her a strong understanding of how ideas move from initial concept and strategy through to production, launch and audience engagement.
She began her career in journalism at Polskie Radio Program Trójka, before moving into television production with Canal+ Warsaw and TVN, where she worked on live and entertainment programming, including Pogodowa Ruletka and Na Gapę. This early experience established her editorial instincts, storytelling skills and ability to deliver creative work within demanding broadcast environments.
Her career developed internationally at Jetix Europe, formerly Fox Kids Europe, where she progressed from Senior Promo Producer to Creative Manager for Disney Channel and Jetix across Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, Joanna combined creative direction with brand strategy, leading teams and developing on-air identities, promotional campaigns and cross-platform content for multiple markets.
A defining project was her involvement in the rebrand of Fox Kids to Jetix across Central and Eastern Europe. Joanna helped translate an international brand vision into locally relevant creative execution, overseeing campaigns and content that maintained a consistent global identity while responding to the cultural nuances of individual markets. Her work encompassed creative concepts, directing and producing promos, campaign development, team leadership and collaboration across marketing, programming and production.
Her experience extends beyond broadcasting into design, cultural projects and entrepreneurship. In 2014, she co-founded ON & ON DESIGNS LIMITED, an initiative created to introduce and promote European designers in the UK through curated exhibitions and events. This broadened her creative practice into experiential storytelling, curation and building connections between brands, designers and audiences.
Today, Joanna works independently across creative direction, video and content production, and brand strategy. Drawing on more than two decades of international experience, she develops distinctive creative concepts and translates them into compelling visual narratives and campaigns—combining strategic thinking, strong editorial judgement and hands-on production knowledge to create work that connects brands with their audiences.
